What we do

Incorporated in March 1977 to service and supply materials, to the somewhat embryonic yet rapidly developing UK Offshore North Sea market.  BD Systems has designed, tested and manufactured composite architectural systems for nearly 40 years.

In the year 2000 we relocated the manufacturing scope of the business to Arendal Norway and partnered with Norac AS.  Norac then became the authorised manufacturers of the BD Systems panel systems enabling the company to focus on the Project management, Engineering and supply of a more extensive range of products.

Now well established and known by the name BD Systems (Europe) Ltd we have grown in strength to become one of the UK’s leading suppliers of fire, blast and acoustic rated panel and door systems to the Marine & Offshore industry.

With affiliated manufacturing facilities in the UK, Norway, Lithuania, China and Mexico we are well positioned to service all market sectors worldwide with an unrivalled product and service portfolio.
